SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or incorrectly addressed packages/envelopes.  

It is the customer/buyer responsibility to make sure you are at the delivery address during time of delivery.

We ship Monday - Friday (Except United States Federal Holidays).

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders marked as shipped cannot be altered.

Orders over $150 will require a signature upon delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at anytime.

Shipping is non-refundable.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Processing time during the busy holiday season (November - January) may take longer than normal.

PACKAGE MARKED DELIVERED IS MISSING

Please note it is the customer's responsibility to be at the delivery location/address during time of delivery. If the package is missing, please contact your local post office that handles your mail and talk to your postal carrier.

Contact The US Postal Service (USPS) and open a case.

PACKAGE MARKED UNDELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED

Orders marked undeliverable as addressed by USPS will be returned back to MadeyGear and are subject to additional shipping charges to re-ship the order.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is correct in PayPal and as entered by the customer.

BACKORDERS

In the event your order or part of your order {items(s)} are out of stock, they will be placed on backorder. Customers will be notified by email of all backorders.  Typically backorders are fulfilled within 30 days from the date your order is placed.  In the rare event we are unable to fulfill your backorder, a refund will be processed.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Most orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Tracking numbers are used on all orders.

Orders over $150 will require a signature upon delivery.

Military addresses: If your address is an APO or any military address overseas, these orders can take months to arrive depending on shipping circumstances.  We are not responsible for delays in shipping or fees that may arise with your country's customs.  Tracking information is not available once your order leaves the United States.

Priority Shipping

Delivery Time: 3 Business Days to Most Locations

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Most orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Limitations may apply for certain destinations

International Buyers Please Note- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. We cannot be responsible for items held by customs.
